Acheived my diploma as a Network Systems Technicien. My course covered Cisco Networking along with general PC repair. It also covered a wide range of software applications like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the entire Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Achieved my diploma as a PC Repair Technician through this correspondence course. The course covered all topics you would need to acheive your Comptia A+ Certification.
My primary role is the support of our AWS Infrastructure. I also work with Automation of our AWS Infrastructure as well as our many micro services that we have in our platform.
While with Synoptek, I have moved up from a front-line agent answering the phone and triaging an end user issue, to being a senior level agent in the Help Desk troubleshooting complex issues. Since then, I have moved to the Engineering department, where my primary focus has been in Collaboration (Exchange, Office 365). I have expanded my knowledge out to Virtualization, working with VMware and Amazon Web Services and have been actively working toward more AWS certifications.
Was responsible for troubleshooting both direct and network printing on specialized Xerox Products.
